Transparent Mountains is an initiative to improve the content of documents important for the management of mountain resources through the involvement of civil society. The site has a bunch of useful information and a huge library for the Bulgarian environment and documents related to it.
The main idea was the site to be clean as possible, very easy to navigate and understand for the end user. I did the user interface as clean as possible keeping in mind the customers requirements about the color scheme.
Unfortunately the core target of the platform wasn't defined very well (not to say "at all"), and that's why the UX suffer seriously in the meaning of mechanics, functionalities and ultimately also the design.
After all the site is the only one of its type in Bulgaria. It was developed in 2014 so the web design is a bit old but still minimalist and clean.
